1 cup ground green corn
5 tablespoons refined sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon aniseed, to taste
Cooking instructions:
Blend the corn with the sugar, the salt and the beaten egg; add the aniseed slightly crushed.
Spoon this batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
